As everything is baked to order, there may be a short lead time of around 5-7 working days or sometimes on longer around busy periods such as Easter and Christmas. If you have chosen your order to shipped, Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class parcels within 1-2 working days and Second Class parcels within 2-3 working days.

Typically for a buttercream cake I need about three to four weeks notice, but on occasion can be two weeks or less for last minute orders. It's never too soon to enquiry or make an order though as I can fill up very quickly with short notice orders!

For all celebration cake or large orders over £30 I require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and begin to order any supplies needed, as well as make any decorations that may be needed in advance. The remainder of the balance is due one week prior to delivery/collection.

It is of great importance to note that gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts are used on a daily basis in my kitchen. As it is also a domestic kitchen, many of the other 14 main allergens may be handled. As I do my utmost to rigorously clean all surfaces before, during and after baking, some traces of these allergens may still be present.
